Preços históricos de imóveis em Brasília/DF

Segue planilha atualizada com os valores da pesquisa dos preços históricos de imóveis em Brasília realizada nos classificados do Correio Braziliense referente aos anos de 94,96,98,2000,2002 e 2004. A última coluna contém o preço atualizado pelo IPCA. Não se assustem, o preço dos imóveis dobrou ou triplicou já descontada a inflação oficial. É isso mesmo. Para mim é bolha imobiliária inflada pelo crédito abundante, pela compra do ágio para especulação e pela mania e euforia imobiliárias que tomaram conta da população do DF e do Brasil. Assim que eu tiver uma amostra maior farei alguns gráficos. Por enquanto estou enviando os dados captados até o momento para termos uma noção da distorção em que se encontram os preços dos imóveis atualmente frente ao histórico do mercado local.

Vc lembra daquelas pesquisas que o Correio Braziliense fazia de preços de imóveis e colocava uma tabela nos classificados, dividindo por bairro e número de quartos?
Vc tem tal tabela?

Aliás, você comentou de fazer um gráfico. Encontrei o blog justamente procurando dados para fazer gráficos de preço x crescimento populacional de várias cidades, e observar se o caso de Brasília é normal ou não. Inclusive, não entendo de economia, e estou pesquisando pra saber se essa conta realmente faz sentido, ou se há outro cálculo mais coerente. Se tiver também alguma sugestão de leitura, agradeço imensamente.
